"Beba, 4 classes, Chris made me feel so comfortable as a beginner at yoga. His energy is so amazing and infectious, it kept me coming back week after week! He made classes accessible to all fitness levels and so much fun. The only reason I stopped attending was because I moved, otherwise I would continue going to class with him!!

As someone who had a major accident resulting in multiple surgeries at age 19, I have learned how to heal and transform my body, and share this work with others. I am certified in and teach bodymind practices such as yoga, pilates, Moving for Life, The Nia Technique and meditation. I am also a Reiki practitioner. In the twenty years that I have been doing this work I have come to believe that, given the right tools, we all have the power to heal and transform our bodies and minds.

Sourced from various international styles, Rayana guides students on a journey inward, where yoga becomes a pathway to healing and self-remembrance. Through embodied movement and mindful alignment, she supports the release of stagnant emotions, awakens your inner life force, and empowers you to connect with your highest true self. Her compassionate guidance welcomes you to move with presence and intention, returning to yourselves with clarity, strength, and ease as a lasting transformation.
"I found Rayana’s class during a really hard season of physical recovery. She has this way of making the practice feel easeful without ever being forceful about it. Deeply grateful that my body’s recovering from her customized sequences.

Yoga changed my life in 2013, and it’s been my passion ever since. Over the past decade, I’ve completed multiple advanced trainings, led three 200-hour teacher trainings, and helped hundreds of students build strength, confidence, mobility, and body awareness. I believe awareness and intention, combined with breath and movement, create magic. I’ll meet you where you are and help you discover what your body is truly capable of.

I’m an RYT-500 Yoga Alliance-certified teacher with 16+ years of practice, trained at Barefoot Yoga (200-hour) and with Mark Stephens (300-hour). I’ve taught at UC Berkeley, Outdoor Yoga Berkeley, studios, retreats, corporate settings, and community organizations. Rooted in the Yoga Sutra, my classes - vinyasa, restorative, or yin - invite mindfulness, body awareness, and compassionate self-inquiry, offering yoga as both movement and a way of living with greater presence.

Hello! My name is Jordan, and I'm an RYT-200 trained yoga instructor. I completed my training in 2025, but have had a personal yoga practice for over 10 years prior to that. I am also an ultramarathoner and surgically trained podiatrist. My yoga teaching practice focuses on yoga for athletes and beginners who wish to become fluent in the physical and metaphorical language of yoga to improve physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. I have also worked as a running coach.
