The controlling agreement
The TeachMe.To terms of service is the controlling agreement between you and TeachMe.To for CoachGrow. It covers account eligibility, acceptable use, coach and student responsibilities, payments and payouts, cancellations and refunds, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution. Read the full terms before creating a CoachGrow account or publishing a coach site.
Using CoachGrow as a coach
A CoachGrow account is for an independent coach operating a coaching business. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and services, the rates and policies you publish, the lessons and programs you deliver, the content you upload, and your compliance with the laws, licenses, and insurance requirements that apply to your coaching. You must keep your account credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account.
Subscriptions, payments, and payouts
CoachGrow plans are described on the pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically until canceled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Student payments and coach payouts are processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms; processing fees and payout timing are described at checkout and in your dashboard. Taxes are your responsibility unless the terms state otherwise.
Content and coach sites
You keep ownership of the text, photos, video, and other content you upload, and you grant TeachMe.To the license needed to host, display, and distribute it so your coach site, services, and messages work as intended. You must have the rights to everything you upload. TeachMe.To may remove content or suspend an account that violates the terms, infringes another party's rights, or puts students at risk.
