I have been playing soccer for 31 years, coached for 14 years as well as being a director of coaching for 4 of those years. I currently hold a Coaching license class C. I believe in development of players at any skill level. Ultimate goal is to get the player where they want to be. I range from academy to college level players.

I bring thoughtful precision and warm energy to every mat. I have been teaching yoga, meditation, and sound healing for several years, blending functional alignment, mindful sequencing, and playful challenge to help students progress safely. I am committed to clear guidance and respectful support.

I currently teach in Central Phoenix, where I've been teaching ELA for more than a decade after achieving my Master's Degree in Secondary Education from ASU. Prior to that, writing was my career! I received an undergraduate degree in Journalism from ASU, and used it to write in consumer tech for several years. My primary focus has been middle school, but I'm excited to help learners of all ages!
