I played for two years at Desert Vista High School before competing for 4 years at American International College, an NCAA Division II program in the Northeast-10 Conference. After college, I started coaching as an instructor with i9 Sports and serving as an Assistant Coach for the Chandler Huskies. Driven by a passion for growing the game, I also founded Arizona Youth Lacrosse Association, a nonprofit dedicated to introducing lacrosse to underserved communities across Arizona.

As a runner who has completed a 100-mile ultra marathon and multiple full marathons, I bring real-world experience and a deep understanding of endurance training to every session. I create an encouraging, supportive environment where runners of all levels can grow. I have experience in back-row defense, serving, and setting. I specialize in blocking, attacking, serving, and passing skills.
