With over 15 years of basketball experience, I bring a lifelong passion for the game both on and off the court. I began my journey playing competitive AAU travel basketball, gaining exposure to high level competition and elite training environments. Throughout high school, I was a four-year varsity basketball athlete, where I developed leadership skills, a deep understanding of team dynamics, and a strong work ethic that continues to define my approach to the sport. My passion for basketball extends beyond playing. I’ve spent several years giving back through youth coaching. I previously coached at the Boys & Girls Club and with i9 Sports, where I helped young athletes develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game. My coaching philosophy emphasizes fundamentals, teamwork, and positive mentorship, creating a supportive and structured environment for players to grow both on and off the court. Whether playing, training, or coaching, I am committed to excellence, development, and fostering a love for basketball in the next generation.

Hi my name is Benjamin Ho and I’ve been passionate about Tennis for over 15 years. Growing up in San Francisco I’ve competed at all levels from going to nationals to winning all City single champions, and all City team championships for the past four years. I’ve been coaching players of all ages in skill levels from beginners learning the fundamentals to competitive juniors .Whether your goal is to learn the game, prepare for tournaments or simply have fun while improving, I’m committed to help!

I’m an audio engineer, producer, and composer with 15+ years of professional experience and a passion for helping people make better music. My credits include RIAA Platinum and Gold awards and a #1 Billboard album for production on Kodak Black’s Dying to Live. I’ve produced and engineered across Hip-Hop, R&B, Pop, Soul, Funk, Reggae, Folk, and more, and I enjoy working with students at every level, from first session to final release. I graduated valedictorian from Ex’pression College with a BAS in Sound Arts, and I’ve taught private lessons and nonprofit workshops. I run my own studio in the Bay Area and also handle commercial sessions, podcast production, and corporate post work as a composer and sound designer. My lessons are hands-on, project-based, and personalized to your goals—recording, mixing, vocal tuning, beat production, music theory, sound design, podcast editing, and release prep. We’ll keep it fun, focused, and efficient, and you’ll leave each session with clear next steps, checklists, and templates where helpful. Scratch player. Played varsity high school while ranking as a top 100 junior golfer in California. As an adult, won some city championships as well. Most importantly, golf has been a great way to have fun and meet people and keep friends on the course. Whether you’re trying to go competitive or just play well enough to keep up with your colleagues, we can get you to that level. Golf is hard, but with a simple understanding of the swing and the golf club, you can learn to play decent golf.

As an avid golfer and golf instructor, I have had the privilege of teaching and playing the game for over 10 years. I have competed in tournaments throughout the United States and have had the honor of helping my students reach their goals and better their game. My teaching style focuses on fundamentals, such as grip, stance, and swing, to help students understand the mechanics of the game. I am passionate about golf and use Professional Training aids and devices such as TrackMan 4 to help others succeed in the sport.
