Hi, my name is Yushan, but feel free to call me Susan too! I am currently a music major at CCSF, and I have been studying music for 6 years. I also worked as a teaching assistant at an after-school program in an elementary school, where I helped with art enrichment for 3rd–5th grade students. Additionally, I earned a Developing Your Musicianship certificate from Berklee College of Music. In my lessons, you will learn the fundamentals of music theory, including intervals, chords, melody, rhythm, and scales. You can also learn essential musical skills such as sight-singing and ear training if needed. I played varsity baseball throughout high school, and am actively a team manager for UCLA Baseball, meaning I've been exposed to all levels of the game. I have worked with kids ranging from 5 to 12 coaching at SF Giants Youth Baseball Camp, and I have given lessons before as well. I specialize in pitching, no matter the level, whether it be learning the basics when transitioning from coach pitch to kid pitch, or refining mechanics and developing velocity off the mound for older kids.
