I played varsity baseball throughout high school, and am actively a team manager for UCLA Baseball, meaning I've been exposed to all levels of the game. I have worked with kids ranging from 5 to 12 coaching at SF Giants Youth Baseball Camp, and I have given lessons before as well. I specialize in pitching, no matter the level, whether it be learning the basics when transitioning from coach pitch to kid pitch, or refining mechanics and developing velocity off the mound for older kids.

I'm a personal trainer with 8 years of experience helping adults and working professionals achieve weight loss, muscle gain, and improved athletic conditioning. My coaching style focuses on full-body training, calisthenics, and low-volume, high-rep resistance work.
