Hi, I’m Kyleigh! I hold a Bachelor of Science in Integrative and Alternative Medicine and have completed a Master Health and Wellness Coaching Certificate through the Precision Nutrition and National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) pathway. My background combines evidence-based nutrition, health behavior change, psychology, anatomy and physiology, and holistic wellness.

Coach football tackle and flag. Been coaching tackle football for 20 plus years. Have 2 girls in flag and son in tackle. The plan is always to build a strong foundation of strong fundamentals, then we can go anywhere from there. I can coach all positions. But i specialize in wide receivers and defensive backs. Also a fitness coach. So i can get athletes stronger more agile and explosive. I’ve coached all ages and levels.

Christina Wang I began my musical journey at the age of 5 with classical piano, and since high school, I have expanded my skills to include singing, dancing, and theater. I hold a graduate degree in music from the University of California, Berkeley, and have had the privilege of participating in various musical ensembles—ranging from university choir and orchestra to chamber choirs and small ensembles. With over 23 years of teaching experience, I have had the honor of guiding students through their own musical paths. As a teacher, I pride myself on being organized, patient, encouraging, and fun. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to tailor my approach to each student's unique needs. The moment when a student experiences that breakthrough and everything "clicks" is what fuels my passion for teaching. I firmly believe that learning music is not only about developing technical skills but also about instilling a sense of discipline, excellence, and joy. Growing up in San Francisco I’ve competed at all levels from going to nationals to winning all City single champions, and all City team championships for the past four years. I’ve been coaching players of all ages in skill levels from beginners learning the fundamentals to competitive juniors .Whether your goal is to learn the game, prepare for tournaments or simply have fun while improving, I’m committed to help!

With over 15 years of basketball experience, I bring a lifelong passion for the game both on and off the court. I began my journey playing competitive AAU travel basketball, gaining exposure to high level competition and elite training environments. Throughout high school, I was a four-year varsity basketball athlete, where I developed leadership skills, a deep understanding of team dynamics, and a strong work ethic that continues to define my approach to the sport. My passion for basketball extends beyond playing. I’ve spent several years giving back through youth coaching. I previously coached at the Boys & Girls Club and with i9 Sports, where I helped young athletes develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game. My coaching philosophy emphasizes fundamentals, teamwork, and positive mentorship, creating a supportive and structured environment for players to grow both on and off the court. Whether playing, training, or coaching, I am committed to excellence, development, and fostering a love for basketball in the next generation.
