I’m an RYT-500 Yoga Alliance-certified teacher with 16+ years of practice, trained at Barefoot Yoga (200-hour) and with Mark Stephens (300-hour). I’ve taught at UC Berkeley, Outdoor Yoga Berkeley, studios, retreats, corporate settings, and community organizations. Rooted in the Yoga Sutra, my classes - vinyasa, restorative, or yin - invite mindfulness, body awareness, and compassionate self-inquiry, offering yoga as both movement and a way of living with greater presence.

I am a USTA Safe-Play Certified Coach with experience coaching juniors aged 4-15. I've coached camps, clinics, and private lessons as a nationally ranked player. I am a 7 UTR and have received Division 1 NCAA offers to play tennis competitively in college. I am open to coaching and hitting, whether it's with players who have never touched a racquet or intermediate players.

I’m a lifelong guitarist who’s learned the economics of the fretboard—how to say more with less. Over decades of performance, arranging, and teaching, I’ve come to see the guitar not as a maze of shapes but as a unified field of melody, harmony, and movement. My lessons are for intermediate players who want to stop memorizing and start understanding: to connect patterns, find melodic pathways, and unlock their own voice.

I am a college Head Women’s Basketball Coach, former Division I player, and former professional women’s basketball player. I specialize in skill development, fundamentals, footwork, ball handling, finishing, shooting, defense, conditioning, and basketball IQ. My coaching style is detailed, encouraging, and growth-focused. I work with beginners through advanced athletes and help players build confidence, discipline, and purpose in their training.

I’m a basketball trainer and current senior competing as a combo guard at the high school level. Through the Boys & Girls Clubs of Oakland, I cofounded a mentorship and athletics partnership, ran a summer basketball camp, and co-led a weight room renovation. As I go through the college recruiting process myself, I bring firsthand insight into elite skill development and mental discipline. Since the age of 5, I have explored my fascination with music. Starting with Suzuki piano, I gave a recital in high school and went to Oberlin Conservatory. Continuing on to Peabody and Eastman, I completed my music education and moved on to IT while exploring additional passions in music on the side. I'm now back to music full time, with an emphasis on teaching conservatory-level classical piano and beginning/intermediate violin and latin percussion. I teach at your home or at mine in Danville.
