I believe meditation doesn't have to be complicated to be transformative. As a Registered Nurse and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, I help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and create more ease in their lives through meditation and mindfulness. I work with both beginners and experienced meditators and especially love supporting busy professionals and anyone feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or burned out.

I’ve been playing for more than 30 years, and did so professionally for a while, touring and recoding in studio. My experience, love of music, and desire to pass on my abilities and knowledge make me a good instructor.
