I have over 5 years coaching all ages and levels, from beginners who are just learning the basic strokes to tournament players working on strategy, conditioning, and mental toughness. Hi! I'm a current lacrosse player at the University of Redlands and an athlete since I was in diapers, which has helped me build extensive leadership and coaching skills over the years. I'm super passionate about helping players grow on and off the field and have been playing primarily defense for about 9 years now, but have experience in every position. I have a strong understanding of the game as a whole and have coached girls from elementary all through high school levels.
