Hi! I'm Nicole, a former junior tournament player. I have over 5 years coaching all ages and levels, from beginners who are just learning the basic strokes to tournament players working on strategy, conditioning, and mental toughness. Should you wish to train with me, I will make a personalized lesson plan to help you achieve your specific goals according to your level, experience, and desired time commitment. As a coach, I believe it is important to develop all parts of a tennis player. Sportsmanship, mental toughness, and strategy are as integral to a strong player just as much as the strokes and physical elements of the sport. I am a graduate of Valparaiso University with degrees in music and theatre and I have been teaching piano, voice, and acting students for over 8 years. About me: I tour the US and internationally with Future Teens, an indie rock band with over three LPs on our resume. I studied bass performance at Berklee College of Music, where I earned the Bass Department Outstanding Performer Award and Scholarship. I have a BA in English and French from Skidmore College (‘13).
