For over 15 years, I've fostered a love of football in players of all levels. My coaching emphasizes skill development and strategic thinking, building confident and capable athletes. I strive to make every session engaging, challenging, and rewarding.

I am a former college basketball athlete who has transitioned into coaching the game and passing along knowledge of my favorite sport to the younger generation.

I work with students of all levels and backgrounds, and I enjoy creating a positive environment where they can build confidence and succeed at their own pace.

With 8 years of private coaching experience and 3+ years coaching groups through USA Football, I work with athletes of all ages and skill levels. I currently teach flag football and football fundamentals to ages 8–11 through USA Football. I was captain of the St. Anthony's High School football team and a starter at Southern Connecticut State University. I also specialize in agility training that helps athletes excel in any sport and currently compete in an adult flag football league.

I’ve been coaching football since I was 16 years old. I became a varsity OL/DL coach at the age of 18. I enhanced my knowledge of the game of football by being mentored by head coach’s. Then becoming a defensive coordinator for herricks lacrosse at the age of 19. I now coach travel teams and do private session of all age groups.

I bring a decade of rich experience from both community and church choirs, where I've finely tuned my musical skills through comprehensive training in music theory, vocal exercises, and breathing techniques. As a vocal instructor, my passion lies in expanding vocal range, refining control for riffs, runs, and vibrato, helping aspiring singers reach their full potential. Beyond teaching, I'm also recognized as King K.C., a seasoned Afrofusion artist, bringing a unique perspective to vocal training through my professional experience as a performer. I earned my Hatha 200 hr. and Children’s 95 hr. Yoga Teacher Training certificates in 2020. Since then I have taught babies, families, children, teens and adults.
