Hello, I am a personal trainer, with focus in nutrition, daily living and weight loss. I also train runners.

Played basketball competitively for most of my life including schools,camps and leagues.I’ve coached all levels from youths to adults including PAL, CYO and private leagues as well as boys and girls in YMCA.

PPR certified pickleball coach since 2023, based in South Florida. Have competed in multiple PPA tournaments at 4.0 and 4.5 and in many countries abroad. I coach alongside pro coach Mark Price on international pickleball vacations and founded Pickleball Travel®, taking players to world class pickleball places. I coach all levels – beginner to competitive. Private lessons, group clinics, and partner sessions available. My coaching style is encouraging, patient, and results-focused.
