I'm Courtney, a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach specializing in women's health, perimenopause and menopause and healthy aging. Currently, he is actively building a double career path in psychology & athletics, where he applies both his personal experience as an athlete and his growing clinical expertise to support performance and well-being.

I have played tennis for 16 years and coached for five. I just graduated from Emory where I played college tennis for four years. During my time there, I earned both singles and doubles All-American honors and competed in two team NCAA semi-finals. I have experience coaching all ages and levels. I like to break shots down into simple action steps to improve technique, footwork, and spacing. Whether you are new to the sport, or have played for years, I would love to help you grow your game!
