I’m a Mental Performance Coach, Sports Psychology professional, and former collegiate-level volleyball coach with experience coaching youth, club, high school, and competitive athletes. I’ve coached volleyball, baseball, and performance-focused athletes, helping them build confidence, improve focus, overcome mistakes, and perform under pressure. My coaching combines mindset training, performance psychology, and practical strategies to help athletes reach their full potential.

I emphasize learning and understanding the fundamentals of mathematics, rather than encouraging student to memorize shortcuts and 'tricks.' When you have a strong grasp on the principles, the 'tricks' become obvious and you have the skills and confidence needed to approach problems in a number of different ways. I have a BS in Physics, and a great deal of experience with theoretical and applied mathematics. This is very helpful in connecting mathematical problems with real world applications.

I’m 6’9 and I’ve played rec ball, high school, college and overseas basketball. I can teach big men and guards great footwork and shooting skills that will translate into real time game action. Footwork is a big deal with me and teaching anybody that skill first then teaching the rest will improve the basketball skills tremendously. I also teach vision and communication on offense and defense.

With over 35 years dedicated to basketball, I empower players to unlock their full potential. My tailored approach to coach and player development aid in tangible and proven results. I spent over a decade coachin' football in Chico, California, but I'm thrilled to be back home in Macon, where my heart is. As a football coach and trainer with Harris Elite Training, I've had the privilege of workin' with some of the most talented young athletes in the country, from ages 5-18. It's been an incredible journey, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to give back to my community. *My Story* Grown in Macon, I played football from a young age and knew that's what I wanted to do – coach and help young athletes develop their skills. Attended department meetings and activities, represented college in a positive and professional manner with interacting with the community, alumni, high schools, media and the general public. Team was ranked 1st in GCAA and 5th in NJCAA 2017 . 2018 team was ranked 1 in GCAA. I was selected coach of the year 2017 and 2018 in GCAA and NJCAA District G.
