Wendy Tesar is a dedicated bilingual educator with over 20 years of teaching experience. She currently serves as a Bilingual Specialist Teacher in Illinois, supporting multilingual learners through engaging, student-centered instruction. Wendy holds a Professional Educator License (PEL) with endorsements in Bilingual Education, ESL, and Reading, and earned a Master of Education in ESL/Bilingual Education and Reading from National Louis University. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Linguistic Diversity and Equity, with a commitment to fostering academic success, language development, and inclusive learning environments.

I’ve been teaching for the past five years. I have a bachelor’s degree in education. I have five minors in English, history, physics, psychology, and writing from IU.

I’m currently a professional basketball player, but love to use my off season as a way to pass my passion for the game on to youth athletes. I’ve been training basketball players for 6+ years and have seen excellent results. Shooting corrections, fundamental development, and individualized plans are just a few of the many skills I offer!

Teaching coaching Racquet sports for over two decades. Competed in and medaled in dozens of high-level PPA, APP, USA, and Mlp as well as set up multiple events in Pickleball. I currently run a Country Club Picklball program and have a next generation or junior Pickleball camp and adult camps in programs. I also set up inter club matches as well as social events bachelor parties kids to adult birthday parties in corporate events. I’m also a certified Yoga fitness instructor.
