I was a four-year varsity baseball player at St. John’s College High School, one of the top high school programs in the country. I was invited to play on the USA Baseball National Team and participated in the USA National Team Identification Series in 2018, 2019 and 2022 earning a bronze medal in 2022 I was ranked among the top 250 players in the Mid-Atlantic Area and among the top 15 catchers in the DC/Virginia area from 2023-2025 I was apart of two WCAC Championships. Then went to play D3 Ball

I am currently coaching 7th grade for the FBU DC METRO team in Washington DC. I am a former Division Athlete going to school for both track and football. In addition, I have an extensive training background holding General Manger and Fitness Manager roles at LA Fitness and Crunch Fitness.

I was an adjunct professor of legal studies at The Johns Hopkins University School of Professional and Business Studies and taught courses related to the practice of law. I provided academic tutoring and mentoring to high school students. I love languages, teaching, and reading!

My name is Alok and I am a local Ellicott City tennis coach with over 40 years of playing experience and over 10 years of teaching experience! I have a deep knowledge of tennis and can also help advanced players with flawless stroke techniques, deep analysis, advanced footwork and tennis exercises. I’m currently playing at 4.5 level in USTA tournaments. Over the last 10 years, I have coached more than 100 students of all ages, completing more than 10,000 hrs of coaching

I began playing tennis before I could walk. By age 11 I competed year-round in the Texas Junior Circuit. From age 9 to 13 I was coached by the greats John Wilkerson and Edgar Arnold and was on track to begin competing nationally by age 14. I have competed in tennis, football, and baseball at the collegiate, and professional levels for the majority of my life.

I combine my tennis background and coaching experience to help players master the fundamentals of power, placement, and purpose. My singles-based strategy training creates confident, adaptable doubles partners who know how to win from every position on the court.
