I am a 2025 college graduate from St. Mary's College of Maryland. I played 4 years of college lacrosse there and am now a Assistant Coach and defensive coordinator for the team. Over the 2025-2026 season I have learned many valuable lessons about coaching and how to get the most out of my players while still keeping the love for the sport they have. I am passionate about this sport that have given me so much and now I am looking to give back in as many ways as I can.

I have coached women basketball for over 30 years. I have taught basic and advanced fundamentals. My main goal was to focus on both sides of the basketball. Defense will make you want the ball more instead of being giving to you to score.

With 18 years of experience playing basketball, I gained extensive knowledge on the game and now looking to give back to others.
