I am a retired businessman who ran my company for 35 years. I have played and coached basketball, golf and now pickleball. I coached youth sports when my kids were younger and coached them for 8+ years on town teams. I am an avid pickleball player who mainly works with adults learning and teaching the game to them.

I specialize in teaching defensive backs, punt and kickoff returner. While playing college football, I've never been beaten for a touch down. Over the past 15 years, my focus has been on coaching functional fitness to improve balance, strength, and coordination for clients of various ages including those aged 55+ and older. I have practiced resistance training to develop muscular strength without the use of excessively heavy loads. Lenny has successfully addressed injuries through functional therapy, thus avoiding the need for drugs and surgery. He is also an active endurance athlete, with 29 years of competitive experience.
