I’ve been working with kids k-12 for 12 years now. I played baseball at The College of Saint Rose where I played outfield and second base. I specialize in fielding and fundamental mechanics both on the field and at the plate. Students should expect to gain an understanding of baseball within the first few lessons with me.

I work with students at every level, from first-time players learning to hold a racquet correctly to competitive juniors and adults preparing for tournament play. Every lesson is built around your specific goals, whether that’s fixing a shaky serve, improving consistency, or developing a winning game plan.

Hi, my name is Maia and I have over six years of teaching students how to swim and in coaching students on swim teams. Currently, I work with several students teaching private lessons. I work with toddlers through adults from novice to skilled! I am available to come to you at your pool or a pool in your area on weekends! Let me know if this will work for you! With over 13 years of swimming experience, I teach swimmers of all ages, from toddlers to adults. As a USA Swimming Certified Coach, I help swimmers improve technique, build confidence, and develop strong water safety skills. Whether learning the basics or refining advanced strokes, I create a positive, supportive environment that helps each swimmer reach their goals and become more confident in the water.

I am 25 years of age with an AAS Degree in Sports MG and continuing with my BAS degree in Sports MG. I started playing pop warner football at 8 years old. I played high-school varsity in Yonkers NY for Gorton High school all 4 years and graduated in 2019. I continued to JUCO football in New Rochelle, NY at Monroe College/ University as a WR, where I graduated with my Associates of Applied Science degree in 2022. After that I was offered a scholarship to play NAIA out in Olathe,KS for MNU where I transitioned to defense and played CB/Star/Safety. As of now I have my transcripts to continue towards my BAS degree with 117 credits and 2.8 GPA. In the meantime I am in the process of becoming a certified personal trainer to better my knowledge of training myself/peers to establish my career.

My journey has been quite unique in that I did not believe I would ever play past high school, topping out at 78 MPH on the mound my senior year. I ended up walking on to Lafayette College, a Division 1 program, and then signing with the Phillies just 3 years later. This journey is not easy, and I have seen a lot, and am ready to help you.
