Now, I channel that experience and enthusiasm into coaching individuals of all ages and skill levels. I have been playing baseball since the age of four, growing up as the son of a former professional baseball player who inspired my passion for the game. Throughout high school, I was a four-year varsity starter and had the opportunity to travel both nationally and internationally to compete at a high level. I am currently continuing my athletic and academic career as a college baseball player at Felician University. This background has taught me discipline, leadership, teamwork, a strong work ethic that I bring to everything I do and I am ready to pass it down to may need my help.

I am the son of a youth soccer coach. I grew up I Westchester County and live in Washington Heights. My father was an excellent coaching mentor and I’d like to help your child develop their skills and understanding of the game. I meet my clients where they’re at; are they a talented player who wants to develop awareness and technical skills, or a beginner who wants to have more fun playing the game? I’ll help them become the player they want to be.

Throughout my coaching experience, I have focused on delivering personalized instruction that meets each athlete’s unique goals and skill level. I design structured yet adaptable lesson plans that strengthen fundamentals, refine advanced techniques, and build game intelligence. Beyond physical development, I emphasize confidence, discipline, and a strong understanding of the game that makes for qualities that help players succeed both on and off the field. I saw 7 of the kids I coached play DI baseball and one get drafted - 13th round of the 2025 MLB draft.

I'm an award-winning singer-songwriter and pianist whose music touches the depths of the soul, leaving a lasting impression. With over 15 years of experience teaching piano, songwriting, and vocal techniques, I founded the Margarita Shamrakova Music School to nurture the talents of aspiring musicians. From my upbringing in Ukraine to my vibrant life in New York City, my diverse cultural background shapes my unique approach to music education. Drawing from my success in the John Lennon Songwriting Competition and collaborations with industry giants, I offer comprehensive lessons covering everything from song creation to music theory.
