Current 27 year old Left Handed Pitcher, formerly with the Philadelphia Phillies, and now playing internationally in Mexico and the Dominican Republic. My journey has been quite unique in that I did not believe I would ever play past high school, topping out at 78 MPH on the mound my senior year. I ended up walking on to Lafayette College, a Division 1 program, and then signing with the Phillies just 3 years later. This journey is not easy, and I have seen a lot, and am ready to help you.

Hi, I’m Mahmoud, an Olympic boxer and African Champion with years of experience in training and competition. Boxing has been my life, and through it I’ve built strong knowledge in fitness and nutrition. I’ve trained in different countries and worked with all levels. I focus on real results—weight loss, strength, and proper boxing skills. My goal is simple: help you get stronger, better, and more confident every session.

I started out in 1986 by playing in high school and learning theory and jamming in a jazz improvisation class. Then I moved on to playing in various bands over the years playing metal, punk, and even blues. In 2016, I enrolled at NJCU and stared taking classical guitar lessons as well as taking music education courses as I graduated in 2020 with a degree in Music

I’ve served as an Interim Head Coach and Passing Game Coordinator at Long Island University, and I’ve coached multiple conference MVPs, All-Americans, and record-setting quarterbacks. My quarterbacks have led the NE-10 and the nation in key performance metrics including passing yards, touchdowns, third-down efficiency, red-zone production, and total offense, with several earning Conference MVP, Offensive Player of the Year, and All-Conference honors. Over a five-year span, every starting QB I coached earned All-Conference recognition.
