I am a former college basketball athlete who has transitioned into coaching the game and passing along knowledge of my favorite sport to the younger generation.

Coaching part time while working in corporate finance full time to fulfill my passion to work w kids and basketball. Motivating young leaders to become the best version of themselves. Learning to communicate with the right tone and content while delivering strong mechanics for the young hoopers to build on.

Hi! I am a rising junior on the Cornell Women’s Tennis team. My dad is a great tennis coach and I’ve been learning skills from him and giving hitting lessons from a very young age! I can coach, hit, or just rally!

Having played overseas in Thailand & Costa Rica for a few years. I’m happy to share my experiences to the next generation & help them focus on the fundamentals of the game and not make the mistakes I made growing up. I have loved soccer since I was two. Starting with local clinics, leagues, and playing through school, I enjoyed the New Jersey and New York leagues and played five years in the ESFNA tournament for the New York Abay team as a right back. I paused my playing to become a coach, earning my C license and working on my B license with USA Soccer. I have coached middle school teams in Riverdale, Bronx, and worked with Soccer Kids NYC and the New York Red Bulls youth soccer club. Also, school.

My style is supportive, clear, and adaptable, with a focus on strength, mobility, confidence, and sustainable progress. I work with beginners, returning exercisers, and clients who want personalized guidance without intimidation. Sessions are inclusive, practical, and tailored to your body, goals, and experience level.

Soccer have been part of my life since I was a kid. I have spend my teenage years to my mid 20s playing & later coaching my local team. I have my 5v5 & 7v7 USA grassroots certification. I look forward to help some of you reach your goals in this beautiful game we all love.

Current 27 year old Left Handed Pitcher, formerly with the Philadelphia Phillies, and now playing internationally in Mexico and the Dominican Republic. My journey has been quite unique in that I did not believe I would ever play past high school, topping out at 78 MPH on the mound my senior year. I ended up walking on to Lafayette College, a Division 1 program, and then signing with the Phillies just 3 years later. This journey is not easy, and I have seen a lot, and am ready to help you.
