With 8 years of private coaching experience and 3+ years coaching groups through USA Football, I work with athletes of all ages and skill levels. I currently teach flag football and football fundamentals to ages 8–11 through USA Football. I was captain of the St. Anthony's High School football team and a starter at Southern Connecticut State University. I also specialize in agility training that helps athletes excel in any sport and currently compete in an adult flag football league.

I went on to play pro in Japan as it ended with an injury that led me to stop playing professionally. So now with a total of 15 years dedicated to honing young talent on the court, I provide expert basketball coaching, fostering both skill and sportsmanship. My approach blends rigorous training with an enjoyable learning environment. I'm passionate about empowering athletes to achieve their full potential.

I have loved soccer since I was two. Starting with local clinics, leagues, and playing through school, I enjoyed the New Jersey and New York leagues and played five years in the ESFNA tournament for the New York Abay team as a right back. I paused my playing to become a coach, earning my C license and working on my B license with USA Soccer.
