First team All-Conference, FCS All-American Have specialized training in defensive backs or defensive players. My name is Rouge, I'm a performer, aerialist, runner, and trainer. I have over 10 years experience performing/ teaching fluid dance, burlesque, pole, and heels, and personal training. I'm PT, GPT, and CPR/AED certified through NASM, and pole certified through Pole Body Arts. I work with a variety of adults of all genders ranging from early 20s to late 50s, with little to no dance/ fitness experience, utilizing dance therapy techniques, and diverse strength training methods.

I work with players of all ages who want to improve technical skills, game IQ, and confidence on the field - whether they're trying out for a school team, moving into club soccer, or wanting to work on their weaknesses. Hello, I’m an experienced mathematics educator with over 14 years of experience at the secondary level. I hold a Bachelor of Mathematics Degree and a Masters in Arts of Teaching. I have served as a high school math teacher, department chair, and instructional leader in North Carolina and internationally in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. I passionate about student achievement, curriculum development, and supporting learners through learning and meaningful instruction.

My specialty is small-scale/one-on-one Elementary and Conversational Mandarin Chinese (although any level is acceptable). I find it important to work directly work directly with the strengths and weaknesses of the student--for example--certain students at lower levels of the Chinese language will require a special focus on aspects such as tones, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and should be worked with closely to improve these aspects of the language in order to build a strong foundation.
