Hello I am new to personal training. I received my certification in personal training, bodybuilding, nutrition and CPR from ISSA. I also coach youth basketball and football. I have been in the transportation industry for 15 years and now I am ready to make a transition into the fitness industry. I go by the acronym R.I.S.E. For over 18 years, I've played and coached this great game of football. My passion lies from playing and learning from my father. I played as a starter in college for 3 years and went on and played a little professional ball and had XFL and UFL workouts. I’m am excited to teach the younger generation this great game!
