I'm a certified personal trainer, Certified adaptive exercise coach for special needs, Certified assisted stretch therapist and a certified foam roll massage therapist and I am certified HIIT ( High Intensity Interval Training) Boxing coach. I have a passion for fitness and health and a passion for helping others live a healthy renewed lifestyle. I have years of experience in working with individuals who want to gain muscle, loose weight, increase flexibility and mobility, correct posture, balance or just begin the journey to a new and healthy lifestyle.

I've been hooked on the thrill of pickleball for the past year and a half. With a background in tennis from my high school days, I've seamlessly transitioned my love for racquet sports to the pickleball court. Having played in tournaments and regularly honing my skills at multiple locations, I recently dipped my toes into teaching as a guest instructor at the Phoenixville Rec Center. Hi my name is Camya but I am an independent artist from Philadelphia that goes by Mya B. I grew up singing in the church and was taught by my aunt who is a music director to sing properly. After i graduated from highschool I was called back to help my school produce an album where I helped train the students how to write songs, come up with melodies and helped produce and record the album. After highschool I began performing at open mics and show cases across the city.

I have taught hundreds of kids the fundamental and advanced levels of basketball I had elite experience I was a four year starter at Bensalem highschool I scored over a 1000 points I’ve played professionally in France and china

I played high school basketball at Franklin Learning Center, Philadelphia, PA. I was a point guard/shooting guard, playmaker, etc. got hurt right before I went to college and the college just wrote me off went into a deep depression.

Every session I combine technical rigor with a warm, encouraging approach to help athletes develop skill and confidence. I have taught baseball for several years, specializing in hitting mechanics, defensive fundamentals, and game-sense development to help players reach their potential.
