I work with athletes of all levels, from middle school to professional. Creating individualized plans for every athlete with regard to their specific needs. I’m comfortable utilizing biomechanical data (Uplift AI), retestable performance metrics (Keiser, Plyomat, Force Plate, VBT), slow motion video analysis (Edgertronic), and all applicable baseball metrics (Trackman, Rapsodo, Hawkeye) to formulate specific plans with structured goals. Created full return-to-play programs for athletes recovering from UCL reconstruction. From day 1 of rehab, to first throw, to first bullpen, to getting drafted and signing a D1 letter of intent. Wrote code to compile all performance metrics with the goal of showing closest correlation to the outputs we want. Active communication with high school and college coaches, as well as professional scouts.

For over three decades, I've immersed myself in the worlds of Badminton and Ping Pong, blending these passions into the dynamic sport of Pickleball. My dedication and skill recently earned me a thrilling first-place victory at the City of Irving Rec Center doubles tournament. As both a player and coach, I thrive in indoor settings, preferring the controlled environment over outdoor courts, where I occasionally step onto the court to test my abilities.

I have taught various math classes at the university level for 10 years. I have also tutored for 5 years, mostly university level but some high school students, specifically for the STAAR test. My teaching philosophy is simple: meet each student where they are and help them move forward with confidence. It usually takes a few questions to understand how they are thinking about a problem and what support they need most.

I've been a professional touring bassist and educator for 20 years. I'm a doubler both electric and upright. I have a B.M. in Music education from VCU in Richmond, VA. (Don't make a joke about your degree being a "BM") If you're still here, I'm also a guitarist and have taught strings and brass. I've taught privately and classroom settings both in-person and remotely. I bring my experiences as a performing artist and educator to guide students of all ages and levels. A celebrated ASA A West National Batting Champion in 2004, he is also a future Hall of Fame candidate. With an impressive history of 12 U National Championships and 14 U State Championships, Clay served as the Head Coach at Oklahoma Wildcat Prep Academy in Oklahoma City, where he continues to inspire and develop young talent in the sport.
