"I have worked with Kimberly for over ten years. She has guided me through Pilates, using both the Reformer and the Cadillac. I have also used her extensive knowledge in anatomy and muscle structure to help me with stretch sessions that have improved my flexibility and strength, and were also greatly helpful in recovering from various surgeries and injuries. Kimberly gives each client individualized treatment. She is constantly working to expand her expertise by taking classes and listening to experts on wide ranging topics in the health field. She is dedicated to providing the best possible advice and care to all her clients in a professional but still personal manner.

4.6 DUPR - PPR Certified Pickleball Coach with 3 years of dedicated teaching experience. My coaching focuses on gaining skills on the fundamentals; specializing in breaking down stroke mechanics, court positioning, and foundational form to set students up for long-term consistency and success. Enjoys working with students who bring a curious mindset to the court—players who are genuinely willing to learn, open to feedback, and excited to try out new strategies, shots, and dink variations
"Ted helped me identify a flaw in my forehand that was causing elbow pain. After just a few sessions, I noticed I was hitting the ball more effortlessly and with significantly less pain. I highly recommend Ted to anyone who wants to improve their game and make real, lasting progress.
