Hi, my name is iLona. I consider myself half Ukrainian and half American, as I literally lived half of the lives in both countries, not to mention all the travels in between. Back in 2009, at 17 years old I came on one way ticket to USA on full right scholarship. I played division 1 schools, first 2 years at McNeese State, and last 2 years at University of North Texas where we won Sun Belt Conference Championship 2 years back to back.

I’ve spent 3+ years coaching players of all ages and skill levels, always focusing on high-energy, engaging, and fast-paced sessions. With teaching swim, I like to be in the water with my young students and those who do not know how to swim competitively yet! Teaching vital steps to develop their swimming and developing their technique and skills. For my competitive swimmers I give them level appropriate work outs to develop them and improve their times in swim meets. I am an experienced swim coach and experienced lifeguard and swim instructor in the past.

I am a History educator with over 28 years of teaching experience at both the secondary and college levels. I hold a Ph.D in History of the Americas and currently teach U.S. History at Dallas College and other higher education institutions.

Amateur Kickboxing Champion and NAGA gold medalist with experience in multiple martial arts including: Krav Maga, Brazilian Ju Jitsu, Muay Thai, Greco Roman wrestling, and Boxing. Able to apply boxing principles to real life self defense situations along with various combat sport settings whether that is in traditional boxing, kickboxing, or MMA.

I have 20 years of experience as a player in Italy including 6 years in professional youth teams, after stopping playing due to physical problems I began my experience in the world of football by setting up a youth sector company called Alto Academy, always in Italy where we have achieved exceptional results in the last 8 years, bringing more than 100 boys to professional teams including Inter, Fiorentina, Citadella, Vicenza, Verona, etc. excellent knowledge of tactics and technique

I've been a professional touring bassist and educator for 20 years. I'm a doubler both electric and upright. I have a B.M. in Music education from VCU in Richmond, VA. (Don't make a joke about your degree being a "BM") If you're still here, I'm also a guitarist and have taught strings and brass. I've taught privately and classroom settings both in-person and remotely. I bring my experiences as a performing artist and educator to guide students of all ages and levels.
