My name is John R. and I have been playing basketball since I was 12 years old. I pursued a professional basketball career and earned a callback tryout with the NBA G-League’s Idaho Stampede. Though I didn’t achieve my ultimate goal, the journey enriched me with invaluable knowledge and experience. I still have an immense love for the game and love to share that passion and knowledge to help others improve. Hi, I am Kate Casetta! I am a former Junior Olympic swimmer who competed for many years before retiring in 2023. My passion for swimming and pushing myself to be the best inspires me to share that passion with others through teaching. I enjoy working with all ages and abilities, helping them build confidence in the water and refine their stroke. My lessons are refined to each swimmer’s individual goals. For swimmers seeking I also incorporate USA swimming inspired techniques and drills.
