Recording a course in one afternoon
Devon A. recorded nine videos on a Sunday. The course has sold every week since without him touching it, and forty-seven students have bought it so far, most of whom he has never met on a court. A coach who teaches thirty hours a week cannot teach thirty-five, and every dollar is tied to an hour until something like this exists. The afternoon is the only hard part, so here is how to spend it.

Film the five things you say every week
Before you press record, write down the five explanations you repeat most: the grip, the beginner serve, the one drill everyone gets assigned, the mistake every intermediate makes. Those are the course. Each becomes a short clip of you demonstrating and talking, the same footage you would send a student after a lesson anyway.
Skip the welcome video, the equipment tour, and anything you would not say on court. Nine short clips beat two long ones, and a phone in decent light is what nearly every coach uses.
Build it in the library
Upload the clips and trim them in the editor. Where a clip needs narration, record a voiceover so you can talk the student through what they are watching. A lesson can also carry an attachment, an audio track, and its own thumbnail, so a worksheet travels with the clip instead of living in a separate email. Group the lessons in your own vocabulary, whether that is modules and lessons or workouts and drills.
Two prices, one free taste
Offer the course as a one-time purchase the student keeps forever, and offer an all-access membership at a monthly price for the students who want everything. Different people buy in at different levels, and both can sit on the same page. Mark the first lesson as a free preview so a hesitant student can sample before paying. Course sales cost 0.99 percent plus card processing, the same as a direct booking.
One detail catches people: the academy page needs a monthly price above zero and the Publish switch turned on. The price only unlocks the switch. Once both are set, the page sits under your brand, linked from your Coach Site and shareable on its own, and since a course has no geography, anyone with the link can buy.
Sell it to the people who already trust you
The Content view in Client Growth has a Draft offer button that sends the course to experienced students who do not have access yet. Assign a lesson as homework after a session. Hand a loyal regular free access when it makes sense. Bundle the course with your ten-pack so your best offer gets more valuable without a discount.
When the students you know have bought, the ad comes next. A digital product sells anywhere, so set the reach to states and cities or the whole United States and optimize for Purchases, and let it run for the full week before judging it.
